Holly is a Chemical Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with nearly 20 years of experience in the chemical processing, fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing industries.
Holly began her career as a process engineer and worked in the chemical processing industry for nearly 10 years. Along the way, she discovered the power of Lean Six Sigma to transform organizations and make a massive difference for the people who work there. Holly is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Professional Engineer, Change Management Professional and a Certified Executive Coach. She has a knack for distilling business processes down to what really works, creating simplicity in chaotic and complex environments.
Holly founded Lean Possibilities in 2018 to make a difference for manufacturing operations and rapidly growing small businesses with Lean Transformation. Holly is based in Calgary, Alberta and is the Director of Operations in Western Canada.

Rodger Blair, P.Eng
Senior Waste Reduction Wizard
Rodger is a Civil Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing, food processing, maintenance, and supply chain management.
Rodger began his career in the steel industry and found his way into the food processing world. He’s made everything from nacho chips to spaghetti sauce, to hot dogs, mayonnaise, and dried soup products. Rodger is an experienced former Plant Manager with a strong background in maintenance engineering and supply chain planning. He has a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and process bottlenecks paired with a proven ability to craft ingenious Lean solutions that stick.
Rodger joined Lean Possibilities in 2020 with a commitment to empower the success of manufacturing operations through Lean Transformation. Rodger is based in Belleville, Ontario and is the Director of Operations in Eastern Canada.
